Bio

Pacyinz Lyfoung just started her solo law practice in DC, The Inclusive Economies Law Practice, after a long hiatus from the practice of law, during which she acquired other skill sets that enable her to strategize and problem-solve with her clients in holistic ways. As a worker owner of CW, she contributes her analytic, system-thinking, strategic project design and legal knowledge to build innovative infrastructure and service delivery. As a founding member of CW, she has had the opportunity to craft internal policies and procedures that match the needs and values of CW and customers, as well as design innovative legal education trainings for non-attorneys, including more participatory trainings meeting the needs of language access and neurodivergent participants where she can use some artistic skills (see the attached new logo she recently designed for her law practice). That’s an example of how CW members can put to good use their other skills and expertise with a related-business entity when their own solo business may not utilize the full range of their skills.
